Planning status:

  • No objection from Town Council
  • Natural England has no comment.
  • Wessex Water comments – new mains/sewers connection required
  • County Highways – no objection
  • Environmental Health – Support subject to conditions
  • Dorset Waste Management Partnership – Bin storage areas appear inaccessible from public highway. Developer should arrange for appropriate collections points.
  • Historic England raise concern on impact development will have on Poundbury Camp Hilfort and state there will be significant harm to these heritage assets.
  • Further details for planting / hedgerows requested by Landscape Officer
  • Tree Officer – No objection subject to supply of further information to cellular planting systems
